If you’re an experienced and proactive Personal Assistant (PA) who is looking for a rewarding and varied role that will make good use of your organisational skills, then join the team at All Saints Hospital in Oldham as a Personal Assistant to the Hospital Director.
As the PA to the Hospital Director, you will support with a variety of tasks including diary/meeting management, co-ordinating report submissions to the board, putting together presentations and liaising with internal and external stakeholders.
You will need to be proactive, organised and approachable with a can-do attitude.
Your Responsibilities:
Effective co-ordination of diaries, scheduling and administration for regular management meetings including note-taking and action trackers
Information sharing across teams
Travel and accommodation arrangements
Produce presentations
Occasional travel may be required
Processing expenses, invoices and credit card reconciliation
General administrative tasks – post, filing, dealing with telephone enquiries
Provide holiday and absence cover for other PAs/EAs
To be successful in this role, you will:
Have significant administration experience at executive and senior management level (Board experience would be an advantage)
Be highly organised with a friendly and professional approach
Anticipate and fulfil requests
Have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to adapt writing style according to audience
Work positively and flexibly across a range of tasks simultaneously
Be computer literate
Have excellent diary and time management skills
Work independently and be a team player
Have a high level of confidentiality and discretion
Have a passion for supporting others, with a caring nature and resilience

All Saints Hospital is a specialist Mental Health service for people who are D/deaf or have complex communication needs. It is a culturally sensitive service which has been created to provide support and rehabilitation with care and intervention from both deaf and hearing members of staff.
You will be working at a multidisciplinary team at All Saints Hospital which have self-contained flats for men over 18 years old, to help them move along their care pathway to more independent living.
