Join Our Team as a Transport Administrator at Aspire Defence Service Limited (ADSL)

Your Role:

To issue and receipt all vehicle types using the correct documentation. Ensure driven vehicles are refuelled after details. Close job requests after completion of detail including fuel and mileage records.

Booking maintenance events and damage repairs in as required

Provide a high quality and reliable service to the customer in accordance with SLA and KPI’s.

Preparation of vehicles so that they are presented to customers in a clean and serviceable condition.

Carry out simple vehicle checks and record any defects and accident damage in accordance with company working procedures.

Maintain the cleanliness in and around the depot garage/vehicle preparation area.

Provide cover for other service delivery positions as and when necessary, including similar posts at other depots as required.
What We’re Looking For:

Experience of working within a small team environment.
-
Experience of working in a customer facing environment.
-
Previous experience that has involved close attention to detail.
-
Able to work well under pressure.

Basic IT user to include Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.

Driving Licence: Full UK valid driving licence required.
