Your Role:
-
To provide effective IT Administration and Support to the Department and ADSL Supervisor.
-
Maintenance of SharePoint sites, SharePoint Permissions Groups and page builds.
-
Maintain multiple 2 Army Headquarters SharePoint sites and assisting Standing Joint Command UK (a 3 Headquarters) and Army Sport with their SharePoint sites, including the look and feel of all sites.

Liaison with the MoD IT Support Team personally and on behalf of customers, plus IT technical support to customers

Acting as an Authorised Demander (AD) for Defence Digital Catalogue Requests.
What We’re Looking For:
-
Qualifications: 3 GCSE’s (or equivalent, including Computer Sciences would be desirable) A SharePoint developer qualification and/or experience would also be advantageous.

Experience: Intermediate skills in Office365 (OneNote, Forms, Power BI and SharePoint) with strong problem-solving and indictive reasoning. Accurate, methodical and effective under pressure in dynamic environments. Previous experience of working with the MoD would be beneficial.

Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal) with strong literacy. Highly organised, ethical and professional, with proven initiative and attention to detail. A collaborative, and helpful team player.
