The Role
As the Customer Service Administrator, you’ll be the friendly voice and steady hand behind a wide range of client enquiries. From coordinating logistics to keeping national accounts in the loop, you’ll be a key player in maintaining smooth operations and delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities

Be the first point of contact for all client communication, delivering a warm, professional service every time

Manage a high-volume phone line, responding to enquiries and meeting daily SLAs

Keep records up to date, upload essential documentation, and resolve queries efficiently

Support national account relationships by providing updates on orders and project timelines

Oversee shipping and logistics coordination with internal teams

Identify opportunities to upsell additional insurance-related services
About You

A natural communicator with excellent customer service skills

Previous admin or client support experience in a fast-paced environment is a bonus
