Homes2Inspire Limited, Somerset NHS Foundation Trust, and Somerset Council have established a unique partnership - Homes & Horizons. The partnership provides homes and support for children and young people in Somerset who have faced significant trauma and challenges. We are committed to creating a new kind of home and care environment that offers flexibility and comprehensive support from a diverse team of professionals.
This new home is part of a broader service development that includes additional children’s homes, high needs foster carers, CAMHS (Child & Adolescent Mental Health Services) and therapeutic education. Homes2Inspire operates nearly 60 homes across the UK, consistently striving for excellence in residential childcare.

*What You’ll Bring:*
* Passion for working with a leading provider of residential children's homes, Homes2Inspire, a part of one of the UK’s largest charities, Shaw Trust.
* A willingness to pursue or current possession of a QCF Level 5 qualification in Leadership and Management in Residential Childcare.
* At least two years of recent experience in a supervisory or management role within a Registered Children’s Home.
* A solid understanding of the regulations and legislations governing Children’s Homes and experience working with Ofsted.
* The ability to collaborate closely with the Responsible Individual and key figures within the strategic partnership.
* A full UK Driving Licence.
* An enhanced DBS check (funded by Homes2Inspire).
