Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and proactive IT & Facilities Support Assistant to support the day-to-day management of our client’s office IT systems and facilities. This is a hands-on role offering variety across IT support, building maintenance coordination and facilities management.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide first-line desktop IT support to staff

Day-to-day management of company IT systems and liaison with external IT providers

Manage IT licences, service agreements and compliance

Assist with procurement of IT equipment

Support new internal IT projects as directed
-
Create reports from business systems using Excel and analyse data
-
Day-to-day management of office buildings, workshops and yard facilities
-
Obtain quotations for building and maintenance works
-
Coordinate repairs, inspections and planned maintenance
-
Act as the main point of contact for facilities-related issues

Support the IT & Facilities Manager with additional duties as required
