We’re looking for a reliable, enthusiastic Production Operative with a can-do attitude to join our fast-paced manufacturing team in Warrington. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in accuracy, and thrives in a supportive team environment.
Job Responsibilities

Operating fast-paced machinery safely and efficiently

Carrying out basic maintenance and machine setup tasks

Completing routine quality checks to maintain high product standards

Using your strong eye for detail to spot and report any variations to Team Leaders/Supervisors

Reacting quickly to issues on the line to reduce waste and downtime

Working towards targets and performance goals

Taking part in department productivity meetings and contributing improvement ideas
Job Requirements

Past experience working with production machinery.

A strong team worker who supports colleagues and communicates well

Hours:
Monday – Friday 1pm – 10pm (1 hour break unpaid)
