Pay rate: £13.00 – £14.50 per hour

About the Home:
The care home provides a warm, welcoming, and homely environment where residents are supported to live comfortably and with dignity. The home offers 30 single bedrooms, each with an en-suite toilet and washing facilities. Residents are encouraged to bring their own furniture and personal possessions to create a familiar and reassuring space that truly feels like home.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide high-quality personal care and support to residents

Assist with mobility, mealtimes, and daily activities

Promote independence, dignity, and emotional well-being

Build positive relationships with residents, families, and colleagues

Follow individual care plans and report any changes in condition
Requirements:

Previous care experience is desirable but not essential — full training provided

Compassionate, patient, and reliable attitude

Good communication and teamwork skills

Flexibility to work day or night shifts
