We are seeking highly skilled and experienced Rescue Operatives to join a leading industrial company for a major project in Wales starting in early 2026. The ideal candidates will have proven experience working in high-risk environments, including confined space rescue, and be ready to take on a challenging role that ensures the safety of the workforce.
Key Responsibilities:

Perform high-risk rescue operations in confined space environments

Be prepared for emergency situations, including rescue from height and confined spaces

Carry out regular safety checks and risk assessments in compliance with health and safety regulations

Work collaboratively with the site team to ensure safety standards are consistently met

Respond promptly and efficiently in emergency situations to minimise risk to personnel

Keep detailed records of incidents, safety checks, and training
Essential Requirements:

Valid High Risk & Rescue Confined Space Certification
-
CCNSG (Construction Safety Certification Scheme)
-
Current First Aid Certification
-
Proven experience in confined space and high-risk rescue operations

Ability to work well under pressure and respond to emergencies swiftly

Strong communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team

Ability to work in challenging and potentially hazardous environments

Full UK driving license
