Pay Rate £12.65 per hour
Hours Full-Time: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM, Monday to Friday
The Role:
As a Manufacturing and Testing Assistant, you will be key in maintaining high-quality production, ensuring our medical devices meet strict standards. You'll maintain equipment, follow precise procedures, and support overall team goals.
Key Responsibilities
Manufacturing & Testing: Assist directly in the production and testing of medical devices.
Equipment Management: Maintain and calibrate production and testing equipment.
Documentation: Accurately complete all necessary records, worksheets, and documentation.
Systems Use: Utilise the ERP system for efficient work tracking and document management.
Teamwork: Report progress and issues promptly, work collaboratively, and assist with task planning.
Compliance: Adhere strictly to health and safety procedures, company standards, and industry regulations.
Candidate Requirements
GCSEs in Maths, English, and Science (Essential)
Degree or A Levels in a relevant subject. (Desirable)
Previous team experience. (Essential)
Previous laboratory experience. (Desirable)
Basic computer skills. (Essential)
