A client of ours in the Chelmsford area are recruiting a Sales Admin to join their team.
This is a full-time, permanent, office-based position working Monday - Friday, 9.00am - 5.00pm (35 hours per week) and paying between £24,000 - £26,000 per annum depending on experience.
Your key duties in this Sales Admin role will include:
Processing purchase orders and managing artwork approvals
Managing daily client enquiries, quotations and samples
Providing advice on branding methods and stock availability
Arranging courier deliveries/collections
Assisting with stock picking and dispatch from the warehouse
Supporting trade events with the wider team
Skills and experience required to be considered for this role:
Experience in a customer service or sales administration role
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
Team player with a flexible, hands-on approach
Confident communicator by phone and email
Strong IT skills - Microsoft Office, ideally CRM experience
