Job Description
Careermakers Recruitment are seeking a German/Dutch Speaking Call Centre Agent to join our client’s remote customer service team. This role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to support customers professionally and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities

Provide exceptional customer service and support to all clients via phone, email, and digital channels.

Use excellent English communication skills and phone etiquette to handle customer inquiries.

Accurately input and manage customer data using strong data-entry skills.

Utilise multilingual abilities, particularly in German or Dutch, with additional languages such as Spanish or French considered an advantage.

Apply analytical thinking to understand customer needs and contribute to continuous service improvements.
What We’re Looking For

Language Skills: Fluent in German or Dutch (written and verbal) — essential.

Customer Service Experience: Previous experience in a call centre or customer-facing role.
