Assistant Centre Manager required for our Automotive multi-site garage client based in Fareham, are seeking an Assistant Centre Manager to join their team.

Strong understanding of car technology and workshop operations
Ability to achieve sales targets whilst maintaining high standards of customer service
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
Motivation and ability to coach and mentor a team effectively
Driving licenceResponsibilities:
Assisting the Centre Manager in the daily operation of the depot
Contributing to the achievement of centre targets and KPIs
Overseeing stock maintenance and control
Enforcing company policies and procedures
Providing excellent customer service
Ensuring all work complies with health and safety regulations
