An IT support company is looking for a IT Support & Customer Service Apprentice to join their team. Key responsibilities

Learn how to respond to customer queries via phone, email, or chat.

Assist in diagnosing and resolving basic IT issues (hardware, software, connectivity).

Help set up and configure devices for customers.
