*JOB OVERVIEW*
We have a fantastic new job opportunity for a Senior Building Surveyor to join a busy and supportive building surveying and architectural design practice with over 20 years of trading experience.
As a Senior Building Surveyor you will manage a diverse workload including building surveys, project management, contract administration and technical reports.
The Senior Building Surveyor role will give you exposure to a broad range of clients across the private, commercial and public sectors, with opportunities to grow your career and progress professionally.
*DUTIES*
Your duties as the Senior Building Surveyor include:
*Building Surveys:* Carrying out surveys, defect analysis and preparing technical reports
*Contract Administration:* Overseeing projects from inception to completion
*Project Management:* Delivering and coordinating building projects to high standards
*Party Wall Matters:* Advising and managing party wall issues
*Dilapidations:* Preparing schedules and negotiating claims
*Planned Maintenance:* Creating programmes and schedules of condition
*Client Advice:* Supporting private, commercial and public sector clients with tailored solutions
*CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS*
*Professional Qualification:* MRICS or MCIOB preferred but not essential
*Proven Experience:* A background in professional and project-based building surveying
*Technical Knowledge:* Strong understanding of building pathology and construction practices
*Communication Skills:* Excellent written and verbal ability to prepare clear reports and liaise with clients
*Workload Management:* Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects effectively
*Proactive Approach:* Positive attitude with a commitment to contributing to the success of the organisation

Pay: £40,000.00-£55,000.00 per year
