We’re looking for a enthusiastic, committed Learning Support Assistant to join an inspiring SEND school in Telford. In this rewarding role, you’ll support primary-aged pupils with moderate to complex learning needs and communication difficulties, helping them grow in confidence, progress academically, and enjoy their school day.
What You’ll Be Doing
• Supporting pupils 1:1 and in small groups to access learning
• Encouraging communication, independence, and emotional wellbeing
• Working closely with teachers and therapists to adapt learning activities
• Helping create a calm, safe, and inclusive environment where every child can thrive

✅ Who We’re Looking For
• Patient, proactive and passionate about helping children with SEND
• Experience supporting children with additional needs or communication difficulties
• Confident with behaviour support and building trusting relationships
• Able to provide references, hold a valid DBS, and have the Right to Work in the UK
All staff we register will undertake thorough interviewing and referencing checks and hold, or be prepared to undergo, an Enhanced DBS check that must be registered on the Update Service.
