JWF manage major projects supplying instrumentation packages to blue chip customers. JWF are looking to recruit a Supply Chain Assistant within their established Supply Chain Team.
Overall, the role is to support the Supply Chain Team which will include the following:

Expedite orders.

Control documentation submittal.

Monitor and process purchase orders.
-
Act as a point of contact for supply chain queries.

Provide updates to customers on calls, teleconferences and meetings.

Liaise with vendors to monitor their performance.
Ideally you will have the following:

Administration experience within a supply chain team.
-
Confident in dealing with customers.
-
Confident interpersonal and communication skills.
-
Excellent attention to detail
-
IT literate with an interest and knowledge of Microsoft Excel packages.

Experience with ERP and CRM systems.
-
Able to integrate and add value to a successful team in a dynamic environment.
