Trainee Payroll Administrator - 6684
Salary: Up to £26,500 per annum DOE

Responsibilities

Support with collating and processing timesheets into accounting software

Assist with inputting payable hours including overtime and uplifts based on contract entitlements

Help prepare payroll information and process data within the payroll module

Work with the Payroll Manager to gather and organise payroll information for foreign subsidiaries

Assist with preparing payroll tax information and payments

Support pension and auto-enrolment administration as required

Assist with shadow payroll administration

Maintain accuracy and confidentiality across all payroll documentation
Skills & Experience Required

No previous payroll experience required

Positive attitude, willingness to learn and desire to grow within the role are essential

Strong organisational skills and the ability to stay focused during busy periods

Confident using Microsoft Office packages, particularly Excel (a short Excel test may be required)

Good numerical ability with an analytical approach

Able to work independently with minimal supervision

Excellent communication skills

High level of discretion when handling confidential information
