Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
Support the senior team in daily operations alongside another Assistant Manager
Work closely with the owners to deliver great service and smooth shifts
Lead, train, and motivate front-of-house staff
Maintain high standards in customer service, safety, and compliance
Assist with inventory, scheduling, and resolving customer queries
Build strong relationships with kitchen teams and help maintain a welcoming environment
Represent the business within the Bournemouth area when needed
