Role Overview
We are looking for reliable, hardworking General Operatives to join our clients team during the Christmas peak. You will play a key role in the picking, packing, and sorting of fresh produce in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Key Responsibilities

Accurately pick and pack fresh produce orders according to supermarket specifications

Sort, grade, and prepare products ready for dispatch

Work efficiently to meet nightly targets and deadlines

Maintain high standards of quality control and food safety

Operate within a chilled warehouse environment

Follow all health and safety procedures

Keep work areas clean and organised
Requirements

Ability to work night shifts and commit to the full Christmas peak period

Reliable, punctual, and able to work at a fast pace

Good attention to detail

Comfortable working in a chilled environment

Previous warehouse or fresh produce experience beneficial but not essential – full training provided
