We’re looking for an organised, people-focused Regional & Administrative Support Officer — someone who enjoys variety, supporting apprentices, building relationships, and bringing structure and positivity to a busy training environment.

This is a brilliant opportunity to join a friendly, purpose-led team and play a key role in supporting apprentices across Scotland.

What you’ll be doing

Coordinating activity across regional training and admin teams
Supporting apprentices with progress, attendance, employer changes and completions
Leading apprentice recruitment and matching candidates to employers
Building relationships with schools, employers and partners
Supporting the organisation’s Quality Management System (QMS)
Contributing to Equality, Diversity & Inclusion initiatives
Assisting with events and engagement activities
Creating engaging content for campaigns and digital platforms
Checking management accounts, processing payments and liaising with auditors
Providing high-quality customer service to all stakeholders
