Responsibilities include:

Assisting with all aspects of site management and coordination

Supervising trades and subcontractors to maintain high standards of work

Ensuring health & safety compliance at all times

Supporting the management of build programs and schedules
-
Conducting site inspections and maintaining quality control
-
Liaising with suppliers, site teams, and the wider construction management team
About You:
We’re looking for someone with a few years of residential site experience who is eager to learn and develop within a major housebuilding business.
Requirements:
-
Previous experience working on residential housing site.

Understanding of NHBC standards and site safety requirements
-
Excellent communication and organisational skills
-
A proactive attitude and willingness to progress within the company
-
SMSTS/SSSTS, CSCS, and First Aid qualifications are desirable
