*Bee’s Motors * is looking for a qualified and motivated *Vehicle Technician* to join our close-knit and friendly workshop team in *Downham Market*.
We’re a well-established, independent garage with a reputation for quality and trust. We service a wide range of makes and models and pride ourselves on excellent customer service.
*What You’ll Be Doing*
* Carry out routine servicing, maintenance, and mechanical repairs on a wide range of light vehicles
* Conduct diagnostic assessments and fault-finding using appropriate tools and software
* Collaborate with our small team to ensure smooth, efficient service delivery
* Liaise directly with customers when needed to explain work carried out or required
* Work independently and show initiative when managing your workload
*What We’re Looking For*
* *Level 3 NVQ* (or equivalent) in Vehicle Maintenance & Repair (essential)
* *MOT Tester certification* (desirable but not essential – training can be provided for the right candidate)
* Solid experience working in a fast-paced independent or main-dealer workshop
* Full UK driving licence
* Own tools required to perform standard mechanical tasks
* A proactive, can-do attitude with pride in quality workmanship
