Location: Bridgwater, Somerset Shift Pattern: 4 on / 4 off (Days & Nights)
Day: 06:45 – 18:45
Night: 18:45 – 06:45
Pay: £13.39 per hour (rising to £15.91! after successful trial period) Contract: Full-time | Temp-to-Perm

Your Role
As a Manufacturing Operative, you will:
Operate machinery safely and efficiently
Carry out visual checks and report any issues
Perform quality checks during and after production
Wrap, load, and prepare orders for dispatch
Contribute to smooth and accurate shift handovers
Work collaboratively as part of a supportive team
