Leading a small team, the Customer Experience Manager will also lead the collaboration and liaison with various departments in ensuring that the customer journey is smooth and continually exceeds expectations
Through effective order management, proactive communication, and data-driven decision-making, this role will combine customer relationship management and operational oversight – coordinating cross-functionally with Production, Planning, Purchasing, and Logistics to optimise performance, drive continuous improvement, and support strategic business growth.

Customer Experience Manager Profile:

HNC/HND/Degree in business/commercial or engineering related subject

Proven experience in a leadership position within a commercial or sales team

Strong customer relationship / account management experience

Experience of the manufacturing and/or technology sector

Exceptional communication skills
