Our client, a family-run business based near Ware, is seeking a Customer Service Advisor to join their energetic team. This successful candidate will be required to work onsite 8am-5pm, Monday-Friday. This role is offering a competitive salary of £26,000-£28,000 depending on experience.
Due to the location of our client, own transport is required.
Role Involves:

Provide an exceptional customer experience across multiple platforms

Ensure all orders are processed daily

Maintaining the customer database

Explore customer needs and provide appropriate solutions

Identify trends within the business to improve our overall customer experience

Ensure that delivery is completed by the committed OTIF (On Time In Full) promise date.
