Solar Program Delivery Manager / Project Delivery Manager for a fast-growing commercial solar programme (1,000+ Commercial planned units).
We are looking for someone who can scale a programme from a standing start — building the systems, processes, teams, and reporting frameworks needed to deliver high-volume solar projects at pace.
Key skills we’re looking for:

Proven ability to scale operations rapidly

Experience introducing operational structure and reporting frameworks

Strong organisational and stakeholder-management skills

Background in Commercial Solar, EV Infrastructure, or Telecoms (sector is flexible — what matters is high-volume delivery)
Onsite in London up to 3 days a week.
Package £70,000 - £90,000 + Pension / Travel / Bonus etc
