We have an opportunity for a Plumbing biased Maintenance Technician to join an Estates Maintenance team in the centre of Oxford.
As part of a multiskilled team you will be responsible for reactive maintenance activities across the Estate, typical work could include -
Plumbing repairs to sinks, taps, toilets etc
Unblocking sinks & toilets
Basic carpentry
Fixing locks, door closers
Minor repairs and general maintenance
Painting and making goodInitially this a 3 month assignment with possibility of becoming permanent or further extensions with an immediate start available.
