The Role
Support students with autism and complex needs
Be a calm, encouraging presence throughout their day
Work closely with a caring staff team
Celebrate progress and help students reach their full potential

SEN experience is great—but not essential!
Good communication and teamwork
Ability to commute reliably

Hours: Monday - Friday 08:30–16:00
