We are recruiting on behalf of a leading manufacturer in the rail industry, looking for a reliable and hands-on Operative to join their Strip and clean department.
Responsibilities:
Dismantle and clean train braking systems, including removing brake pads with hand tools.
Follow all health and safety rules
Keep your work area tidy throughout the shift.What We're Looking For
Proven experience in an engineering factory/production environment.
Stable work history demonstrating reliability and commitment.
Good practical ability and comfortable using hand tools.
Strong work ethic, able to work independently or as part of a team.
Physically fit and able to carry out manual work.What's on Offer
Full training provided for role-specific tasks.
Consistent day shifts with an early finish on Fridays.
Ongoing contract with immediate starts available.
