Due to the expansion of our long standing, dedicated team we are looking for a part time Orthodontic therapist to work alongside our current Orthodontic Therapist and our well known Specialist. This role is for a Monday and Wednesday starting January 2026.
The work of an orthodontic therapist
The role of an orthodontic therapist includes:
* fitting orthodontic appliances
* taking impressions
* placing brackets and bands on teeth
* giving advice on appliance care
* working under the prescription of our Specialists
You will need:
* a friendly and sympathetic approach with a calm, confident and reassuring way
* an ability to relate well to a wide range of people
* GDC Registration
* Orthodontic Therapy Qualification
* Indemnity Insurance
You should also be able to work well in a team and have good organisational skills to manage the administrative aspects of the job.
Knowledge of Exact Software would be an advantage.
