About the Role:
We’re looking for a detail-focused and organised Contract Administrator to join our team. In this role, you’ll manage and monitor customer contracts, ensure compliance, support project delivery, and act as a key point of contact for all contract-related communication.
The Contract Administrator key responsibilities:
Administer and manage contracts to ensure full compliance with all terms and policies
Act as the main contact for contract processes and documentation
Prepare and submit accurate daily, weekly, and monthly reports
Support project mobilisation and ensure responsibilities are clearly assigned
Work closely with Sales and Operations to meet delivery deadlines and minimise risks
Assist with performance reviews and manage contract changes or variations
Track and report on contract performance metricsWhat We’re Looking For In the Contract Administrator:
Experience in contract administration (commercial, engineering, or project environments preferred)
Full, clean, valid driving licence
Strong understanding of contract compliance and risk management
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Comfortable working with multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams
Proficient with Microsoft Office and able to adapt to customer systems
