Assembly Operative
Location: Heanor, Derbyshire
Pay: £12.21 per hour + enhanced overtime rates
Are you hands-on, reliable, and looking for a long-term opportunity with great earning potential? We’re recruiting Assembly Operatives to join a well-established manufacturing business in Heanor.
What you’ll do:
- Assemble products using a range of power tools and hand tools
- Work to production targets while maintaining high-quality standards
- Follow safe working practices and contribute to a clean, efficient workspace
Shift Pattern:
• Rotating weekly:
- Week 1: 6:00am – 4:30pm
- Week 2: 10:00am – 8:30pm
Monday to Friday
Pay & Benefits:
£12.21 per hour
Overtime:
- Time + 1/3 during the week
- Time + 1/2 at weekends
- Long-term, stable role with consistent hours
- Full training provided
About You:
- Experience using power tools or hand tools is beneficial
- Good attention to detail
- Able to work to instruction and meet production targets
- Reliable and ready to work in a fast-paced environment
