Key Responsibilities

Act as the first point of contact for customers, providing a warm welcome and professional service

Handle customer enquiries via phone, email, and in person

Book in vehicles for repair work and manage appointment scheduling

Liaise with customers throughout the repair process, providing regular updates

Prepare accurate quotes and estimates for bodywork repairs

Process invoices and handle payments

Coordinate with workshop technicians to ensure smooth workflow

Maintain customer records and job files
-
Handle customer complaints professionally and work towards satisfactory resolutions

Ensure all administrative tasks are completed efficiently and accurately
Essential Requirements

Previous customer service experience (experience in automotive/bodyshop environment desirable but not essential)

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong organisational abilities with attention to detail

Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple priorities

Professional telephone manner

Computer literate with good IT skills

Team player with a positive attitude

Full UK driving licence (desirable)
