We’re working with our client to recruit a multi-skilled Maintenance Assistant to join their busy Facilities team in Chandler’s Ford. This is a varied, hands-on role covering planned/reactive maintenance, basic plumbing, carpentry, decorating, landscaping, and general site upkeep.
💷 Salary: £up to £27 DOE / £13.85 per hour
🕒 Hours: 37.5 per week, Monday to Friday
📍 Based in Chandler’s Ford with some travel between sites.
What you’ll need:
✔ Previous maintenance experience
✔ Good all-round skills (carpentry, plumbing, decorating, basic electrics/PAT)
✔ Strong Health & Safety awareness
✔ Ability to work independently and as part of a team
✔ Full UK driving licence (essential)
