Our client is the UK’s leading small-sided football operator. They are currently looking to recruit a Marketing Partner on a fixed term maternity cover contract. You’ll help drive brand growth, community engagement, and player participation through creative digital marketing, social media, and email campaigns. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone passionate about sport, marketing, and making a real impact.
Key Responsibilities

Plan, create, and publish social media content

Manage email marketing campaigns — newsletters, promotions, and event updates.

Analyse campaign performance to improve engagement and conversion rates.

Update and maintain the website, optimising content for SEO and user experience.

Support digital advertising, PPC, and content marketing initiatives.

Collaborate with agencies and club teams to deliver integrated campaigns.

Contribute to EDI (Equality, Diversity & Inclusion) initiatives such as Kick It Out.

Use software programme to manage marketing requests and campaign planning.
Skills & Experience

1–2 years’ experience in a digital marketing, marketing executive, or social media executive role.

Skilled in content creation, copywriting, and email marketing.

Familiar with tools such as Klaviyo, Canva, Meta Business Suite, and Monday.

Analytical mindset with an eye for detail.

Excellent communication and organisational skills.
