Responsibilities as a Senior Care Assistant:
- Lead your shift to maintain high standards of care and support your team
- Promote best practice and address any poor practice within the team
- Deliver person centred care to all residents
- Report to Home Manager on home operations
Requirements as a Senior Care Assistant:
- 2 years of care assistant experience within a care home setting
- NVQ Level 3
