We are looking for a motivated and hands-on Warehouse Team Leader to join our client based in Crick. You will be responsible for leading a small team and ensuring the smooth running of warehouse operations, including goods-in, stock management, order picking and dispatch.
Key Responsibilities

Supervise and support the AM warehouse team to achieve daily targets

Organise workloads and allocate tasks effectively

Monitor performance, quality, and safety standards

Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently

Communicate with management and other departments to ensure smooth operations

Cover the Warehouse Manager’s duties during periods of annual leave (with £20 per day cover payment)
Skills and Experience Required

Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment (leadership experience preferred)

Valid FLT Counterbalance licence

PPT experience or licence desirable

Strong organisational and communication skills

Ability to work under pressure and lead by example

What We Offer
Location: Crick, NN6
Hours: Monday to Friday, 6:00am to 2:00pm
Pay: £13.55 per hour (£26,422.50 per year)
Additional Pay: £20 per day when covering the Manager’s annual leave
