Customer Relations Coordinator

Pearson Whiffin is proud to be representing one of Kent’s most sought after employers in their search for a Customer Relations Coordinator.
This is a key position, requiring a calm and customer-centric person, with a strong background in demonstrating exceptional service levels.
Duties for this role are varied, and include:
Acting as the first point of contact for any customer relations matters
Consistently delivering the highest standards of customer service
Regularly and pro-actively updating the customer
Managing expectations and working in line with company guidelines
Problem solving
Complaint handling in an effective, professional and service led manner
Maintaining accurate records
Liaising with various stakeholders internally and externally to ensure a seamless service
Invoicing as required
Any ad-hoc administrative duties
The ideal candidate for this role will have/be:
Genuinely passionate about customer service
Experience dealing with a HNW customer base
Well educated, ideally to A Level standard or above
Exceptional interpersonal skills, including the ability to negotiate effectively
A proven track record in a relevant customer service position
Strong administrative skills, ideally gained in an office based environment
Super organised, methodical and reliable
Well presented with a great attitude and work ethic
