Automotive Sales Administrator
Our client is a leading dealership based in Southend on Sea, Essex. They have three sites, Southend, Basildon & Brentwood and this position is based at their Southend site. Preparing invoices

Bringing vehicles into stock

Scanning Documents

Preparing customer files

Liaising with Sales Consultants

Using a range of Microsoft office software, including email, spreadsheets

receiving internal and external calls and enquiries

other ad-hoc office duties as required by your line manager
Skills & Experience Required

Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritize workload

Previous administration experience is essential. Ideally sales administration experience.

Computer literate, with experience of producing work to a high standard of accuracy.
The hours will be Monday to Friday – 8.30am – 5.00pm with half an hour unpaid for lunch.
