We are recruiting for a Financial Administrator on behalf of a prestigious company based in Ipswich.
The successful application will provide efficient administrative support to the adviser teams, ensuring that processes are executed efficiently in line with regulatory standards.
Key Duties

Provide assistance to the Heads of Investment Managers to help improve the quality of adviser work.

Ensure that Advisers have collated all required information required for High Risk Accounts both on account inception and ongoing.

Validate data collected by advisers.

Act as a point of contact for advisers regarding assurance-related inquiries.

Coordinate with adviser teams to streamline processes.

Coordinate with the second line to ensure standards are being met.
Previous Skills & Experience
-
Previous experience within a professional services or Financial Services environment is desirable but not essential.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Excellent administration skills, an eye for detail.
