Job Title: SHEQ Administrator
Location: Huddersfield
Salary: 25.5K – 28K
XCL Group are looking for a SHEQ administrator to join a well-established sheet metal company based in Huddersfield. The main purpose of the role is to ensure the quality, H&S and Environmental processes and procedures meet the company’s requirements.
Job Responsibilities:

Assist in the development, implementation, and maintenance of SHEQ policies, procedures, and documentation.

Maintain and update the ISO 9001 Quality Management System, ensuring all processes and records meet certification requirements.

Liaise with Directors, Managers and Supervisors on all aspects of the business

Regularly review the job cards to ensure all processes have been signed off

Remove all the product/ material that fail to meet the specifications

Complete customer’s inspection reports, when required and sent to the relevant customer or file

Participating in the internal audit processes

Assisting in the continual accreditation of ISO 9001 and work alongside the SHEQ Manager to achieve ISO45001 and ISO14001 standards

Contribute to maintaining a safe working environment by following the safety procedures and be reporting any safety concerns
Hours:
Monday – Thursday 7:00am – 5:15pm
