Salary: £40,000 to £45,000 pa
We are seeking a capable and professional individual to support the running of a private home in the Cotswolds, primarily across weekends and holidays (Friday to Monday). The role comes with live-in accommodation in a private cottage just a few miles from the main residence. A 4×4 vehicle will be provided for all work-related duties. This is position is suited to an experienced housekeeper who takes pride in high standards, enjoys cooking for the family (and small diner parties) and enjoys a variety of tasks.

Non-negotiable working days when the Principals are in residence: Friday to Monday (4 days/week)

Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday are free. Some weekends will be free, depending on the Principal’s travel schedule (advance notice provided)

August can be taken as unpaid leave (optional)
Main Responsibilities:

Housekeeping: High-standard cleaning, laundry, and upkeep of a 5-bedroom home

Cooking & Serving: Prepare and serve healthy, simple meals for family and guests

General Maintenance: Window cleaning, minor repairs

Gardening: Light gardening duties for a small surrounding garden – mowing, pruning, weeding

Driving: Including evening driving as needed, occasional trips to London, and LHR

Errands & Admin: Light property-related admin and general errands
