We are eager to speak to experienced legal secretaries / administrators who are looking for a new opportunity in Glasgow. Ideally for this role you will have experience within a residential conveyancing setting or business, providing administrative support to a busy team daily. Within this role you will be responsible for supporting a small team of paralegals, with a variety of conveyancing transactions. This is a great opportunity to join an established firm in Glasgow!
This is a full-time, permanent opportunity working 9am – 5pm Monday – Friday. This role will follow a hybrid working model, with a starting salary of £25,000 p/a + available depending on experience.

Are you who we are looking for?
You have experience within a residential conveyancing team or firm
You are proficient in the use of Microsoft Packages and other software
You are a confident communicator both written and orally
You have experience supporting conveyancing transactions and AML procedures
You are organised and able to manage your time and diary to complete tasks
You have a strong attention to detail
What is the day to day like?
Supporting residential property transactions including sales, purchases, and title transfers
Preparing security and purchase paperwork
Providing excellent service to all clients face-to-face, and via telephone and email
Assisting with the settlement of transactions, completing LBTT returns and registrations
Conducting property searches when required
Assisting with the opening of new client files, AML compliance and processing source of funds information
Preparing sale and purchase accounts
Providing administrative support to paralegals and fee earners daily
Ensuring all client information is up to date and accurate on the internal system
