Key Responsibilities:
* Leading audit engagements from planning to completion
* Managing a diverse client portfolio, ensuring high-quality service delivery
* Reviewing audit work and providing guidance to junior team members
* Liaising with clients and senior stakeholders to maintain strong relationships
* Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices
Skills & Experience:
* ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent)
* Must have a minimum of four years' experience working within a UK Practice environment
* Strong technical knowledge of UK auditing standards and regulations
* Excellent leadership and team management skills
* Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
