Customer Service Advisor - Utilities
Location: Glasgow
Hours: Monday to Friday - 9am to 5:30pm (40 Hours)
Salary: £12.60 per hour

Role Details:
To manage telephone calls from our client’s customer base, with a view to assisting them with their enquiries. These enquiries may include account queries, escalated customer complaints, account payments, setting up direct debits and any other general enquiries.
Requesting payments, setting up direct debits and instalments plans.
Identify and resolve customer issues and escalate where required.
Handle and manager customer complaints from start to resolution, ensuring the customer is at the forefront of customer care provided.
Managing both inbound and outbound debt recovery efforts.

Requirements:
You will receive several weeks of full paid training on our systems, products, and call handling
Experience of working in a high-volume customer contact environment
Experience of working in a target driven environment
Ability to adapt and learn
Communication and listening skills
Computer literacy
