Role responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the UK to drive growth and expand market presence.
- Independently manage and execute internal sales processes, ensuring efficiency and accuracy in operational tasks.
- Assess customer needs and provide tailored product solutions to maximize value and satisfaction.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and industry stakeholders to support long-term partnerships and organic growth.
- Contribute to regional business strategy development by analyzing customer feedback, market trends, competitor actions, and regulatory updates to refine pricing, product offerings, and market entry strategies.
- Engage in sales and marketing activities, including participation in trade fairs and industry events, to enhance brand visibility and connect with potential clients.
What we are looking for:
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business, Industrial Engineering, Automation, or a related field.
- Over 3 years of sales experience in industries such as e-commerce, retail, 3PL, or apparel, with exposure to intra-logistics, automation, or robotics systems.
- Strong ability to quickly understand the company’s offerings and apply strategic and consultative sales approaches effectively.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with independence, adaptability, risk-taking ability, innovation, and a strong customer focus.
- Excellent team player with strong communication and presentation skills.
- Willingness to travel for business, approximately 30% of the time.
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
- Have a sense of responsibility, work conscientiously and responsibly
- Proficient English is required, other European languages are preferred
- Ability to prioritize multiple complex situations to deliver successful results
- Outstanding resilience, capable of maintaining composure in fast-paced work environments
