Sales Manager – UK
We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager with a background in masterbatches, additives, or other color solutions for plastic applications. This role focuses on growing sales and margins by developing new business and managing key accounts across the UK.
What You’ll Do:
- Develop and grow business within masterbatches, additives, and color solutions markets
- Manage and expand relationships with key customers in the plastics industry
- Identify and win new business opportunities from competitors
- Create and implement pricing strategies to drive profitability
- Provide technical and commercial support to customers (with R&D team)
- Attend trade shows and industry events to drive brand presence
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven sales experience in masterbatches, additives, or color solutions for plastics
- Strong network within the plastics manufacturing sector
- Ability to develop and execute sales strategies
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Willingness to travel across the UK to meet customers
