About Urban Ice Tribe
Urban Ice Tribe is a fast-growing wellness brand specializing in ice baths, saunas, chillers, and recovery equipment. We supply both residential and commercial setups, helping individuals, gyms, and wellness centers experience the benefits of cold therapy.
We’re looking for a highly organized, action-oriented Business Manager to support our CEO and founder, ensuring the business runs smoothly and continues to scale. This role is fast-paced and requires someone who can think critically, take initiative, and keep their finger on the pulse of the business—tracking numbers, stock levels, trends, and growth opportunities.
The Role
As Business Manager, you’ll work directly with the CEO, handling day-to-day operations, managing stock and finances, and helping drive business growth. You’ll be responsible for keeping things running efficiently while also looking ahead to new opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
🔹 Business Operations & Strategy
- Support the CEO with day-to-day decision-making and business planning.
- Track key business numbers, forecasts, and trends to ensure smooth operations.
- Stay on top of wellness industry trends and competitor activity.
- Oversee the management of stock levels, order inventory, and ensure product availability.
- Monitor sales performance, margins, and revenue projections.
🔹 eCommerce & Website Management
- Oversee and support the management WooCommerce store—upload new products, optimize descriptions, and update stock.
- Oversee product listings, pricing strategies, and promotions.
- Ensure the website is running smoothly and work with the team to help improve the customer experience.
🔹 B2B Relationship Building
- Work with the team to develop and maintain relationships with gyms, spas, and wellness centers.
- Identify opportunities for bulk orders and commercial partnerships.
- Support the team on collaborations with influencers, sports teams, and industry leaders.
🔹 Customer & Supplier Management
- Communicate with suppliers to help manage stock, pricing, and product development.
- Handle customer inquiries and support, ensuring high satisfaction.
- Oversee order fulfillment and logistics to maintain efficiency.
