Our client a top tier building Contractor is urgently looking for a Senior Estimator with extensive CCS experience. Candidate will be responsible for: · Draft monthly payment certificates · Provide information to site management for compilation of reports, certificates, records, additional work and variation claims · Producing cost reports · Ensuring that company procedures and system s are being adhered to · Preparing tender documentation · Estimates · Measuring Quantities from plans to compile BOQs · Contract Administration · Project management Quality Assurance · Relevant Degree/Diploma in Quantity Surveying · 5-10 years experience in a similar role · Experience in estimating (tenders) · Experience in Commercial and Residential projects · CCS experience non negotiable
